In plain words: what the KONJ site keeps about you, what for, and how to see or delete it.

What we keep
When you order: your name, mobile number and what you wrote about the project (description, timeline, budget, link). If you give us an email, that too. Browsing the site needs no information at all.
What for
Only to arrange and deliver your order, and to let you sign in to My account to follow it. The texts we send are only about that order: confirmation codes and order confirmations.
What we never do
We do not sell your information or share it for advertising. We send no promotional texts. The site has no outside tracking or advertising tools.
Storage and security
Information is kept on the site's own servers and only the studio's administrators can see orders. Confirmation codes are stored hashed, and server logs never contain full mobile numbers.
Cookies
Only the necessary ones: your light or dark choice, and, if you sign in, a sign-in cookie (30 days, removed when you sign out). No advertising cookies.
The site assistant
Conversations with the assistant are not stored. Only questions it could not answer are kept for 90 days, without anything about who asked and with numbers and emails masked, so the answers can improve.
Your rights
You can ask at any time to see what we have about you, correct it or have it deleted. Just tell us through the Order & contact page.
